2. Use License

eZWay Network provides promotional work, brand awareness, and lead generation services only. It is the sole responsibility of the client to follow-up on leads and close sales. eZWay Network does not guarantee results but commits to placing advertisements before viable prospects. eZWay Network reserves the right to use and promote the client’s likeness and brand as it sees fit during campaigns, with client guidelines considered.

4. Refund Policy

– All sales are final; work cannot be returned once services are rendered.
– Cancellations must be made 30 days in advance and in writing.
– No cash refunds; credit may be applied for cancellations made in advance.
– Clients relinquish the right to chargebacks. Chargebacks incur a $1,000 fee per occurrence.
– Disputes are handled through mediation to achieve a fair resolution.
– Upgraded Memberships require a One (1) Year Commitment. Early cancellation fees apply ($1,000 or remaining balance).
– Late payments incur a $29.99 late fee after 7 days, and accounts unpaid after 30 days may be sent to collections.

5. Membership Conduct

– All members must treat others with respect.
– Defamation against eZWay Network or its members will result in immediate dismissal and possible legal action.
– Members will be removed from all eZWay platforms upon violation.

5.1 Spamming
– Spamming (repeated posts or emails) is prohibited.
– The “three strikes” policy applies; three warnings will lead to account action.

5.2 Networking & Connecting
– eZWay Network is entitled to a 5-10% finder’s fee on deals originating from any platform connection or event.
– Upgraded members’ finder fees are typically 3% or negotiable.

6. Non-Disclosure

– All ideas, concepts, intellectual property related to eZWay Network are confidential.
– Unauthorized sharing of confidential information is prohibited.
– Members agree not to compete or disclose confidential information for five (5) years after agreement.
– All users are subject to these terms when accessing eZWay Network.

7. Cancellation

– Cancelling services violates these terms and terminates bundled discount rates.
– After cancellation, retail rates apply.
– Violations of rules can result in account removal.

8. Billing Policy

– Users authorize eZWay Network to charge their card on file at account activation.
– The member/client hereby grants eZWay Network automatic authorization to charge their card on file in the event of a chargeback initiated against     eZWay Network.
– Monthly plans are recurring and require saved payment methods.
– All sales are non-refundable after commencement of services or platform access.
– Upfront fees for one-time development are non-refundable once development begins.

9. Limitations

eZWay Network is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use website materials. Some jurisdictions may not allow such limitations.

10. Revisions and Errors

Materials on the Website may contain errors. eZWay Network makes no commitment to update or guarantee accuracy.

11. Links

eZWay Network is not responsible for linked external sites. Links do not imply endorsement. Use of linked sites is at user’s risk.

• All members must treat each other with respect and professionalism.

• Defamation, slander, libel, or any negative content directed at members or eZWay Network is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership.

2. Use of Directory and Contact Lists

• The eZWay Directory and all associated contact information are provided solely for legitimate networking purposes among paid members.

• Selling, distributing, scraping, or unauthorized use of directory data is strictly forbidden.

• Members may not share, resell, or repurpose eZWay proprietary data outside the scope of approved business activities.

3. Protection of Intellectual and Digital Property

• All eZWay assets—including platforms, brand materials, event content, and member information—are proprietary and confidential.

• Unauthorized use, duplication, or redistribution of these materials may result in legal action, financial penalties, and permanent removal from the network.
